Take it slow, get well & ride to recovery.

Ride on,

I miss your writing, feel better.

This is content! Even if it's not the content you prefer.

Those stretches did a lot for me in the beginning of my wrist injury. It's been years but I still do those stretches everyday... habitually. I'll actually do them at red lights.

That really really sucks. :( I hope you recover soon.

Sorry about the injuries. I've been having sciatica for most of this year and can identify with chronic pain. Oddly, one of the things that does not bother my back is riding my VStrom--it actually helps! So, my advice--start motorcycle therapy soonest!

Wow...frustrating stuff. Glad you got to go out recently.

I'm not blogging either, because I'm not doing anything, either.

Not sure if you have seen or tried this. My carpal tunnel in my left wrist has recently become unbearable. To counteract it I was directed toward the Flextend/restore glove. Its an extension exercise glove. Purchased it here in Asheville, NC last week. It is supposed help with tennis elbow and other repetitive strains too. I enjoy your write ups and have your sv650 valve check under my favorites. Just dodged having to adjust them again!
