The Viv flick, hah! I'm not sure if that's good or bad. Good today, bad months from now! I'm pretty sure the right way to do it is to get blade speed from your body, but "flick" is a good way to mentally get away from pushing with the lower arm... plus it's impossible to "flick" without relaxing some. :)

I'm somewhere past "flick", and not quite to "body". I need to find someone with the magic words to get me to the next step!
